Communities@Work’s Gungahlin Christmas Lunch


This week, Communities@Work hosted a Christmas lunch for 35 clients around the Gungahlin area who otherwise won’t have the opportunity to have a traditional lunch on Christmas day. The individuals and families who sat down for the lunch are those who access Communities@Work’s Social Programs, including the community pantry, the clothing program and various services within Communities@Work. read more

Car Load of Groceries For Communities@Work's Community Pantry


A Birthday Donation!

Last week a local community member came into Communities@Work’s Social Programs in Gungahlin with some donations for the pantry. The team were ready to accept this with very grateful arms when she said she would need some help unloading the donation from the car. Excitedly, the volunteers followed her out to her car and were amazed to see that it was full to the brim with groceries. read more
