Coles creates 77 new jobs at new supermarket in Amaroo


Amaroo residents have been waiting a very long time for their very own shops and on the 8th of February they will finally have them! The new centre with Coles supermarket and a range of other specialty stores and basement car park is a welcomed development by local residents.

More than 100 local residents have secured a role at Coles’ new Amaroo, supermarket. The new market-style Amaroo supermarket will employ 77 new recruits and 30 existing team members who have transferred from existing Coles stores in the area.  read more

First Taylor street names announced

Cinema update: Development Application submission period closed


Last year saw the development application for the cinema development finally submitted for public comment and this subsequently closed on the 23rd December. Any submissions received through this process will now need to be considered by The Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate and the developer. read more

Taylor blocks made available by Ballot


The Land Development Agency today announced that the first single residential blocks in Taylor will be made available by Ballot with registrations starting in February. This release comprises 126 blocks ranging in size from 250m2 to 587m2.
